Information about the instructors:
Jessica Winderl
Jessica is an American yoga instructor (E-RYT500), pilates instructor, author, and Ayurveda Yoga Therapist based in Hemsedal, Norway. In addition to leading workshops internationally and teaching at yoga festivals in the US and Europe, she is also the founder of the Atman Yoga School, which is Norway’s largest independent vinyasa yoga teacher training school. Jessica is known for her creative and unique vinyasa sequences, and her ability to make ancient yoga philosophy and ayurveda accessible and relevant to the modern yogi. Her first book on ayurveda and holistic living, Holistisk Livsstil, launched in May 2023.

Sea Marie Biladeau
Sea Marie is an American yoga teacher who has been practicing and guiding yoga and wellness techniques for over 20 years. She has led yoga retreats, taught studio classes, and is currently the Director of a non-profit yoga studio, The Yoga Source, located in the mountains outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Sea Marie is also the co-founder of the Teton Yoga Festival, and is an Acupuncturist practicing Chinese Medicine.
