The Fýri and Alpine experience in a nutshell – our fondue!
We serve our meat fondue with exquisite cuts of beef tenderloin and venison loin, prepared by our guests directly at the table for a rich, warming, and social dining experience. The tradition of meat fondue originated in Switzerland and France during the 20th century.
